Job summary

Hirehawk Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for North America GTM roles.

You will own pipelines from alignment through offer rollout and drive growth with a strong sourcing foundation. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in high-tech SaaS recruiting, direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience guiding candidates through interview processes in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from outreach through offer.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioural evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS, preferably ADP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.

We are looking for a hands‑on, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment pipelines—from initial hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout.
