Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based digital commerce roles, from sourcing to offer closure. This remote, full-time contractor role requires coordinating with clients, understanding e-commerce functions, and ensuring business-aligned hires.

You will build pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, manage multiple requisitions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with English fluency and PST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, and Ops roles.
• Experience with multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Available to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap).

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent for digital commerce businesses in the U.S. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including commercial, marketing, operations, and technical roles. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure—while partnering closely with clients to ensure successful, business-aligned hires. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements Must-Haves for the Role

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Nice-to-Haves for the Role

• Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
