Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of technical profiles, with emphasis on delivering a top-tier candidate experience.

You will source, screen, outreach, and manage offers while partnering with Product and Engineering teams. Strong English communication and multi-requisition management are essential.

Formación

• 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and compliance with processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages, and emails.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting effectiveness.
