Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote role. You’ll handle full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing to offer management—for a broad range of technical profiles, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will attend intake meetings, build proactive sourcing strategies, conduct screens via phone and video, drive outbound outreach, maintain ATS records, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong candidate-facing experience and ability to manage full-cycle end-to-end recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.
