Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google account management for DTC brands. You will lead client communications, present plans, and defend decisions with a focus on incremental growth and clear attribution.

You will audit, optimize, and build assets across campaigns, feeds, and landing pages, leveraging AI tools and data-driven strategies. Global remote position with US East calls as the main client interactions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with real money and meaningful spend.
• Familiarity with DTC/eCommerce growth tactics and ROAS/CPA metrics.
• Ability to audit accounts and present clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything, with a Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Explain and defend attribution models and holdouts to clients.
• Oversee feed, shopping, and PMax delivery, including tracking and landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
• Communicate insights in English with clients during calls during US Eastern hours.
