This fully remote contractor role favors LATAM candidates and requires familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello, plus 2+ years of agency experience managing design, copy, and marketing projects.

You will own project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage workload, track progress, and propose process improvements while communicating

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into larger marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns using PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
