With 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, you will use PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello to keep projects on track, optimize processes, and communicate updates to leadership.

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management Experience.
• Proficiency in PM Tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using PM tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and marketers.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
