Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources, ensuring proper staffing for projects.
• Track & Report Progress with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices for creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
