Human Resource Services Company is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role from LATAM will own client accounts end to end, coordinating timelines, tasks, and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will craft brand messaging, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and oversee conversion tracking and ad account structure. The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, process improvement, and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients in an agency or own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; ability to build with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Experience running several client accounts simultaneously across locations.
• Brand and copy judgment you can explain and defend.
• Comfort working with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
