Pavago is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator / Creative Traffic Manager for a fully remote contractor role from LATAM. This hands-on position requires 5+ years of digital marketing experience and 2+ years in creative/marketing project management within an agency.

You will own client accounts end to end, write brand messaging and copy, and run SEO, social, and paid media directly, including tracking and budget considerations.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns using platforms like Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk identification for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements in workflows.
• Facilitate Communication as main touchpoint with internal teams and stakeholders.
