Job summary

Annexbox is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. You will plan timelines, coordinate design, copy, and strategy teams, and ensure on-time delivery from kickoff through delivery.

This fully remote role requires at least two years of agency experience, strong communication, and adept use of PM tools to optimize workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello) and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns, using project management platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
• Manage workload and resources, ensuring the right resources are available.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
