Pavago is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. You will coordinate schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, strong organization, and experience with PM tools like Asana or Trello. This role is fully remote, contractor-based, and offers opportunities for growth within a mission-driven

Qualifications

2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.
Strong communication abilities.
Working knowledge of creative processes.
Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks across multiple campaigns.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity and redistribute tasks to meet objectives.
Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify at-risk tasks and update stakeholders.
Optimize Processes: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices.
Facilitate Communication: Act as main touchpoint and provide regular status updates.
