Job summary

Ai World Congress is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote, contractor role from LATAM. You will own client accounts end to end, writing brand messaging and managing SEO, social, and paid media directly.

You’ll build Claude-based workflows and improve how the team works, with some collaboration across time zones. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hands-on digital marketing at an agency or practice, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Experience managing creative projects in an agency environment
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics

Responsibilities

• Onboard client accounts and manage end-to-end onboarding and setup
• Write brand messaging and copy, drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on and manage tracking
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows for the team
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones
