Bionic Talent is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support website projects in a fully remote, global team. You will help maintain visibility, follow-through, and consistent processes across internal and external partners.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficient use of PM tools. Expect 40-hour weeks aligned with US Mountain Time, with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• 1–3 years in project coordination, operations, or similar role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, or agency environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of remote collaboration tools and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Track project timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments to keep on schedule.
• Maintain and update project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate daily task assignments across internal teams and external partners.
• Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and up to date.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks early.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks for teams.
• Assist with collecting client content, approvals, and access needed for project completion.
• Handle straightforward WordPress or Shopify content updates where appropriate.
• Support QA, SOP documentation, and adherence to defined workflows.
