Dev.Pro, a remote-first global IT outsourcing company, is hiring a Delivery Manager to oversee delivery for a large client account spanning 10+ teams and 100+ specialists. You will drive stable, high-quality delivery, keep operations running smoothly, and lead Project Managers and technical leaders while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within software outsourcing.
• Experience in IT outsourcing or managed services with strong execution.
• Experience leading large multi-team engineering organizations (100+ specialists).
• Strong SDLC understanding and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficient in delivering budgets, forecasting, resource planning and P&L.
• Excellent client communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery stability across multiple engineering teams and client relationships.
• Oversee quality control to meet technical expectations and delivery standards.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through reliable service.
• Identify and elevate delivery risks, coordinate corrective actions, and support growth initiatives.
• Manage daily team operations with 4–5 direct reports.
• Provide regular feedback and support career development for direct reports.
• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and assist hiring for resource allocation.
