Uptalent.io is seeking an Engineering Project Management Coordinator for a remote, full-time role. You will ensure schedules, resources, costs and deliverables stay on track, acting as the linchpin between engineering, clients and business operations to support designers.

You will build and maintain project schedules, monitor workloads, manage invoicing, train teams on Project Insight, and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and transparency.

Formación

• Must‑Have: project management experience (2–5 years) in AEC or engineering support.
• Hands‑on with Project Insight or quick learner.
• Strong MS365 proficiency (SharePoint, Lists, Teams).
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule projects and allocate resources; monitor workloads.
• Track budgets and invoices; support estimate development.
• Configure projects, dashboards, and fields in Project Insight.
• Train team members on usage and best practices.
• QA/QC support; coordinate quality checks and docs.
• Manage SharePoint sites/lists; small WordPress updates.
