Job summary

Pearl seeks an Operations Specialist to own the data and supplier-coordination layer for its procurement platform. This fully remote role combines high-volume Excel work with proactive supplier outreach to enterprise customers.

You will clean, structure, and validate supplier and product data, run data models with Excel functions, and support end-to-end deployment of sourcing events. US-based suppliers will be engaged by phone and email to keep the platform humming.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years Excel in a professional setting.
• Experience cleaning, normalizing, and validating datasets using formula-based methods.
• Experience building structured, replicable Excel models that others can follow.
• Experience conducting outbound phone calls to US-based suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Clean, structure, and validate supplier, product, and quantity data in Excel.
• Apply advanced Excel functions to organize datasets and ensure replicable models.
• Onboard validated customer data onto deployment platform.
• Call US-based suppliers to re-engage them on the platform.
• Support end-to-end deployment of sourcing events for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate outreach with the deployment team via Slack.
