Tidal is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to own daily procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand. You will collaborate with founders, manage suppliers and 3PL partners, and take over Claude-powered operations to optimize back-end workflows.

The role requires strong English, remote work discipline, and the ability to hold vendors accountable while meeting delivery plans. This is a full-time independent contractor position with ~40 hours/week.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience managing suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs independently.
• Strong inventory and replenishment skills aligned with demand and promotions.
• Hands-on Shopify experience with operational settings and integrations.
• Proficiency using Claude in daily operations and back-end workflows.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2).
• Reliable remote work track record with timely responses.
• Willingness to commit full-time and disclose current commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Own procurement and supplier execution: manage POs through 3PL receipt and verify details.
• Keep vendors accountable: push deadlines, address delays, and secure actions.
• Maintain inventory availability: track finished goods and coordinate replenishment.
• Manage logistics and 3PL performance: freight bookings and fulfillment accuracy.
• Maintain Shopify operational accuracy: SKUs, shipping settings, subscriptions.
• Own Claude-powered operations: daily Claude workflows and system integrations.
• Track performance and costs: inventory, PO timelines, partner performance, freight costs.
• Communicate and resolve issues: timely updates and escalation when needed.
• Follow processes: maintain SOPs and complete tasks without reminders.
