Job summary

Tidal is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to own daily procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing DTC wellness brand. You will work with the founders to execute delivery plans and manage suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and the 3PL.

This fully remote role requires strong English, timely communication, and the ability to hold vendors accountable while improving Claude-powered workflows and operational systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience managing suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs.
• Strong inventory and replenishment skills.
• Hands-on Shopify experience with checkout-related integrations.
• Proficient with Claude in daily operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2).
• Reliable remote work track record and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supplier execution with PO management and lead times.
• Keep vendors accountable: deadlines, commitments, corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory availability aligned with launches and promotions.
• Manage logistics and 3PL performance: freight, tracking, fulfillment.
• Maintain Shopify configurations and related integrations affecting checkout.
• Own Claude-powered operations and test changes before deployment.
• Track performance: inventory, POs, delivery timelines, costs.
• Communicate issues promptly and escalate risks with actions.
• Follow SOPs and ensure consistent operational execution.
