Qualifications

• Proven experience in a software procurement, vendor evaluation, or technology research role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organise large amounts of information.
• Strong written English, structured, professional and precise.
• Experience producing comparative analyses or vendor assessments in a business context.
• Comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships and evaluation timelines.
• Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule product demos and discovery calls with software vendors.
• Attend all demos, taking detailed and structured notes on functionality, pricing, and differentiators.
• Produce written breakdowns comparing vendor platforms against current tools with strengths/weaknesses and quotes.
• Manage ongoing vendor communications and follow-up for additional information.
• Maintain a centralized tracker of tools evaluated, status, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements before evaluations.
• Flag discrepancies or gaps in vendor offerings and escalate to decision-makers.
