Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of a major data migration program for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires advanced English, availability for UTC business hours, and 100% remote work. Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred) and strong data quality controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large programs.
• Strong knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migration programs (S/4HANA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
