World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration projects for major ERP transitions. You will coordinate global teams, define migration strategy, and establish controls to ensure accurate, complete data is loaded into the target system.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with large enterprise programs, and the ability to operate in UTC business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
