Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer the planning and execution of a global data migration program in a 100% remote setup.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system. This role reports to senior stakeholders, drives end-to-end activities, ensures data accuracy, and enforces quality controls across multiple workstreams and ERP migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration programs in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extract, transform, load.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
