Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end migration activities for a major ERP program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

This role requires proven data migration leadership, experience in large-scale enterprise programs, and fluent English. Availability for UTC working hours is expected, with 100% remote work across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
