Job summary

Bcrecruitment is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee planning and execution of large-scale data migration programs for a global client, operating remotely with UTC hours. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches and quality controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

English will be the working language for daily tasks and interviews, with collaboration across senior stakeholders in a 100% remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations like S/4HANA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
