Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration programs for a global client, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining migration controls. You will manage risks and ensure a smooth transition to the target system using established data migration methodologies.

Fluency in English is required, with interviews conducted in English; 100% remote in UTC- working hours, with connectivity and wellness benefits included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
