Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer the end-to-end planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a world-leading automotive manufacturer within a global consulting team.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and quality controls, manage risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders. This remote role operates in UTC hours and offers high-visibility work on enterprise ERP migrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
