The Ward Law Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate the planning and execution of a critical data migration project for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Accent is on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for the target system, with exposure to S/4HANA migrations and UTC-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Lead data migration programs across large-scale enterprises.
• Define extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and teams.
• Develop and implement migration controls and risk strategies.
• Proficiency in English for interviews and daily work.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
