Zusammenfassung

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join our remote, full-time team. You will plan and execute data migration activities for a major enterprise program, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and defining the migration approach and controls.

This role requires strong experience in data migration methodology (ETL, cleansing, validation) and the ability to manage risks, with English proficiency and availability to work in UTC hours (9:00–17:00).

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
