Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive a global data migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration controls, and manage risks to enable a smooth transition to the target system.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, data quality assurance, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. English fluency and UTC working hours are required for this remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading processes.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
