PedidosYa is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives for a global client within a high-impact program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and ensure data quality from extraction to loading in support of a major ERP transition.

The role requires strong experience in large-scale migrations, ability to work in UTC hours, and fluency in English for interviews and daily work.

Formación

• Lead data migration activities in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Expertise in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration projects.
• Proficient in English for interviews and daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
