Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a large-scale data migration program for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks.

The role requires experience in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading, plus ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred). Fluent English and UTC 9:00–17:00 availability are required, with the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
