Job summary

Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center initiatives. The role is remote with responsibilities spanning client onboarding, project and ticket management, datacenter operations, and budget oversight. You will own the end-to-end delivery, coordinate跨-functional teams, and guide junior technicians on-site.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on hardware experience, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency with ITSM tools to maintain clear comms and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, structured cabling, power distribution, and remote hands operations.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role with ability to translate requirements into tickets and work orders.
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform and close tickets with documentation.
• Oversee datacenter operations including on-site and remote hands work, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Track project budgets, review vendor invoices, and assist in preparing quotes and SOWs.
• Manage a small technical team and develop SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
