Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center engagements with remote work options. You will own client relationships, manage end-to-end project tickets, and coordinate multi-workstream efforts from planning to sign-off while ensuring technical accuracy and SLA adherence.

You will lead onboarding calls, translate requirements into actionable work orders, manage budgets and vendor coordination, and guide junior technicians and contractors on-site or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical onboarding and project lifecycle across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Strong understanding of datacenter operations, hardware, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times and RMA logistics.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work and ensure safety and change management compliance.
