Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or similar.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power and remote hands operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool.
• Manage multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery against SLAs.
• Build and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
