Job summary

Partner One Capital is seeking an Technical Project Manager - Data Center (Remote) to own multi‑client projects end‑to‑end. You will manage hardware deployments, cabling, power/cooling, and remote hands while maintaining direct client relationships.

You will lead scoping, create actionable tickets, and drive SLA delivery with hands‑on technical oversight. This role requires strong communication and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power and cooling
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor purchase orders
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands datacenter operations
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and stakeholders
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials for repeatable processes
