Job summary

Digital Executive in Mendoza is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations, with remote responsibilities. You will act as the primary technical contact for clients, owning the full project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery and ensuring clear, proactive communication.

Responsibilities include managing tickets in Jira, ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms; overseeing hardware deployment, cabling, power and cooling; coordinating procurement and vendor logistics; and

Qualifications

3+ years in datacenter operations or tech infra
Direct client-facing technical experience
Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power, and cooling
Proficiency with ITSM tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO’s
Proven ability to lead a small technical team

Responsibilities

Own client accounts through the project lifecycle
Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings
Manage the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform
Oversee datacenter on-site and remote hands operations
Coordinate procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics with vendors
Maintain a live project dashboard for stakeholders
Develop SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials
