Job summary
Félix is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote, USD-compensated role. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, transforming CRM and marketing data into actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and improved campaigns.
You’ll partner with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and enhance reporting systems, supporting strategic marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
