Job summary

Félix is seeking an extremely analytical, hands-on Lead Data Analytics to drive the Growth analytics track. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to uncover growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and inform decisions with data.

You will own end-to-end analytics across Paid Media, Referrals, CRM Lifecycle, and multi-product growth, mentoring a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist while delivering measurable lift and value to the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Growth Analytics at high-growth tech/fintechs.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, able to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth analytics across paid media, referrals, CRM lifecycle, partnerships, and multi-product growth.
• Direct and mentor a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist; set analytical roadmaps and deliverables.
• Own attribution models and media strategy, optimize Brand budget with MMM insights.
• Design and run A/B tests and incrementality studies to validate growth hypotheses.
• Build self-serve reporting and data infrastructure for real-time visibility into funnels and LTV.
