Job summary
Félix is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role servicing universities and nonprofit partners. You will lead analytics strategy, build dashboards, and translate marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and better campaign performance.
You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to optimize reporting systems, track KPIs, and support data-driven marketing decisions across LATAM and beyond.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth
