Accelone Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role (USD compensation) covering LATAM markets. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and better campaign results.

Work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems,

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.

Responsabilités

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
