Job summary
Félix is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better campaign results.
You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, spot trends, improve reporting systems, and support data-driven marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
