Job summary

Testily is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role paid in USD. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable decisions to improve campaigns.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards and identify trends, shaping data-driven marketing decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
