This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and improved campaign results. You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and enhance reporting systems, supporting data-driven marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
