Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries with a professional, customer-focused approach.

You will work from home, report to the Customer Service Manager, and help maintain records while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.

• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
