Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote role. You will handle inquiries, reservations, follow-ups, and general support while representing the company professionally.

You will respond via phone, email, chat, and other channels, provide product information, resolve issues, maintain records, and escalate when needed. This paid position offers training, development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
