Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude with calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient with computers, email and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
