Bitfinex is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Investigator to safeguard the platform by identifying and mitigating AML/KYC/CTF risks across fiat and crypto transactions. You'll analyze alerts, assess unusual activity, and escalate high‑risk cases within the Compliance team.

Collaborate with AML Investigators, Product and Compliance leadership to improve monitoring controls, contribute to regulatory reporting, and help evolve the KYC/AML framework in a fast‑paced global fintech environment.

Competenze

• Experience in the compliance field within the industry.
• Understanding of AML/KYC/CTF policies, laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and related tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement transaction monitoring rules to mitigate AML/TF risks.
• Analyze alerts from fiat and crypto trades, deposits, withdrawals to mitigate risk.
• Prepare periodic reports on ML/TF and sanctions anomalies for leadership.
• Collaborate with AML Investigators and Product teams to improve controls.
• Ensure KYC/AML/CTF and sanctions policies are followed and updated.
