Job summary

Opsarmy is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will support CRM and revenue system operations, resolve data and process issues, and help align AI-enabled workflows with business rules.

You will audit CRM data, design governance, and create documentation for complex SaaS scenarios while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a SaaS environment. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms).
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
