Job summary

Cobalto Talent is seeking a RevOps / CRM & Automation Specialist for a 100% remote LATAM role. You will architect AI-powered workflows connecting CRM platforms, automate lead qualification, and deploy AI agents to streamline sales tasks, enhancing productivity across marketing, sales, and customer success.

The role requires strong systems-thinking, proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce and automation tools, and advanced prompt engineering to leverage Generative AI within CRMs and databases.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to ensure pristine data hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations (using Zapier, Make/Integromat) integrated with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) to automate repetitive sales tasks and communications.
• Design, implement, and manage AI agents (e.g., automated email drafting, AI chatbots for lead triage) tailored to our sales funnel.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into revenue metrics and conversion rates.
• Audit operational bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions to increase sales productivity.
• Document workflows and train teams on adopted automation tools.
